Our Story
Baby Greens is a local microgreens business selling at El Mercado de Bahía Ballena in Uvita and serving the Pérez Zeledón area.
Baby Greens Costa Rica was born from the vision of founder Yancy — amazed by the nutritional potential of microgreens. The project began with the meticulous cultivation of fresh microgreens in Costa Rica — a generous, delicious "macro-food" in her eyes. Yancy took her venture a step further, building products that bring nutrition with intention into everyday life.
What started as meticulous cultivation of fresh microgreens has grown into a favorite across Costa Rica.
